Product Description:
Excelcut 450E is a synthetic neat cutting fluid based on a synthesised ester derived from a fatty acid of vegetable
origin. It is fortified with a synergistic combination of extreme pressure and high lubricity additives which provide
outstanding cutting performance while having high levels of operator acceptability.
Excelcut 450E is an ultra low odour, low misting product capable of providing the ultimate surface finish on a variety
of metal grinding and cutting operations. This ultra high lubricity cutting fluid promotes extended tool life and
increased production rates.

Application:
Excelcut 450E is recommended for a wide variety of arduous machining operations on a range of both ferrous and
non-ferrous materials. These include drilling, tapping and threading on materials ranging from stainless steels to
yellow metals and aluminium alloys. Excelcut 450E has been extremely successful as a rationalisation product where
it has replaced two or more previously used neat cutting oils. It is highly recommended for use on sliding head
automatic machines.
